We discover traits of ourselves we find unappealing and attempt to sweep them under the rug, put them in a bag, and throw them out. The truth is those parts of us never leave, and as artists, our job is to dig deep and un bury our deep hearted fears, insecurities, ego, and love. This is self exploration. This EP is the sophomore release from art rock duo Catharsis.

Kyle West and Tristan Renaud wanted to follow up In the Land of Dust with a project that felt more mature, focused and developed. The result is the tight consistent project that developes that bands sound further and marks one step closer to their debut album coming late 2020.
